How do I reactivate my dormant account?

To reactivate your dormant account is simple. 

You will need to provide us with:

  1. Updated ID. This incudes valid passport / driving license.
  2. Proof of address. Utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 6 months.
  3. Transaction - you will need to carry our a transaction on your account (deposit or withdrawal) to ensure your account remains active. 

Note - Some documents may need to certified (for example - by a notary public or other accepted bodies) if documents are not presented in person.
