Putting the financial wellbeing of members first

Since our foundation in 1962, Aviate Credit Union has placed the financial wellbeing of our members at the centre of what we do.

Today, we continue to operate a service that is run on a not-for-profit basis. Where members can become board members. Where we offer a locally operated face-to-face service and where members can enjoy a first-class personal banking services in branch or online.

This is the essence of financial wellbeing!

Examples of what we offer include:

·        Full current account with debit card

·        Market-leading loan rates.

·        Free loan protection cover

·        Monthly prize draws

·        Foreign exchange

·        Free Life savings cover

·        Payroll deduction

·        Personal budgeting service (Budget Scheme)

·       And much more!

But that is not all. Since we are based in the local community, we know the local community. We employ people from the local community. We live in the local community. And this means being here through the good times and bad!

We have an in-depth knowledge of how employers operate, what their employees need and what our members want! In brief, we are here to support our local community and our members for their day-to-day banking needs. After all, this is the fabric of a local community, and we are proud to be a part of it.

As your credit union, we support enhancing personal financial skills and wellbeing. In light of this, we offer employers operating within our common bond access to our financial wellbeing events. After all, as the first credit union in Ireland to offer a Budget Scheme, who better to support better money habits!

Today, there may be a range of external services that claim to look out for your financial wellbeing but remember that it is Aviate Credit Union who was here first. We have always been here, developing better financial products, serving our community and looking out for the financial wellbeing of all our members.
